Emergency Contact Information

We recommend that members fill out an Emergency Contact Form and give it to a staff member at the Circulation Desk. In addition to friends and/or partners, it should include contact information for a family member in case of a medical or other emergency. Note that if a person is not able to speak for themselves, police in Oaxaca will often not act unless they can contact a spouse or family member.

The Emergency Contact Form will allow us to get emergency assistance to you as fast as possible, as well as understand any relevant background information for use by medical or law enforcement personnel. All information on the form is kept in a confidential file at the OLL, for use only in an emergency. You can access and download the printable PDF emergency contact form here.
