The dinner will be prepared by well known Oaxaca chef  Juan Carlos and served at his lovely restaurant,  La Panadera Y El Chef, which is located in the Rosario  neighborhood at the southeast edge of Oaxaca.

Menu: 

Apptizers, Carrot soup with hazelnuts, Roast turkey with gravy, Vegetarian option: broccoli lasagne, Focaccia bread & sausage stuffing, Cranberry & pomegranate sauce, Sweet potatoes, Mashed potatoes Green beans, Dinner rolls, Pie, Cheesecake & Brownies, Coffee & pink lemonade, Wine, Beer & mezcal at cash bar

Program 

Doors open at 2 pm Dinner served at 2:30 pm. Following the comida, a quartet from the Camerata Oaxaca will give a mini-concert.

You are welcome to provide your own transportation to the restaurant or for an extra fee of 220 MXN, take the Shuttle.  Vans load on Los Libres on the east (back) side of the Grand Fiesta Americana hotel. Shuttle accomodations are limited to 37 seats.  

Shuttle from OLL leaves at 1:30  and returns at about 4:30 pm. 

The Thanksgiving Dinner is not a fundraiser. The OLL aims only to cover the cost of the event.
