Presentation:
Jose will give a historical perspective to his personal involvement in the Oaxacaño community and why he has devoted so much of his time and energy to the LGBTQ community. The AIDS crisis has him focused on the health issue both in terms of sexuality and accessing health facilities. Equally important is recognition of the minorities within the LGBTQ community.
