About the Hike:  

Most people hiking or biking to Tule take advantage of the paved bike path linking the village with Oaxaca. But there are more interesting and challenging ways to get there. We will explore a trail that winds over and through the hills which form the southern boundary of the Tlacolula valley.

Distance:  8.0 Km (5.0 Mi)  /  Elevation change:  125 M (411 Ft)  uphill and 156 M (511 Ft) downhill  /  Type:  point to point  /  Trail:  Jeep road, single track and city streets  /  Exposure:  full sun 

Additional Costs: In Tule the group will stop for lunch at any of several restaurants or food vendors in the marketplace (not included in ticket fee)

Time and Meeeting Point:  8:30 depart / 2:00 pm return to Oaxaca.
