Goreti Fabian is a researcher and cocinera with a passion for Mexican gastronomy, food history, and cultural heritage. Her work explores the historical, social, and anthropological dimensions of Mexican cuisine, with a particular interest in the contributions of underrepresented communities to the country’s culinary identity. Through cooking and research , she seeks to deepen understanding of Mexico’s rich gastronomic traditions and the diverse cultural influences that have shaped them. Her lectures invite audiences to look beyond familiar narratives and discover the complex history behind one of the world’s most celebrated cuisines.
