The feast will be prepared by well known Oaxaca chef  Juan Carlos and served at his lovely restaurant,  Panadera Y El Chef, which is located in the Rosario  neighborhood at the southeast edge of Oaxaca.

Chips and salsa Carrot soup with hazelnuts Roast turkey with gravy Vegetarian option: broccoli lasagne Focaccia bread & sausage stuffing Cranberry & pomegranate sauce Sweet potatoes Mashed potatoes Green beans Dinner rolls Pumpkin pie with whipped cream Coffee & pink lemonade Wine. Beer & mezcal at cash bar

Program 

Doors open at 2 pm Dinner served at 3 pm Concert by Camerata Oaxaca  at 4 pm 

You are welcome to provide your own transportation to the restaurant or for an extra fee of 120 MXN, take the Shuttle from the Oaxaca Lending Library.

Shuttle from OLL leaves at 1:30  and returns at about 6 pm. 

Pandemic Protocol Masks must be worn when riding in the shuttle van.
