About the event

The Book:

The book is in Oaxaca! I’m excited about Chicatanas with its beautiful Katherine Koch cover painting. Jordan Davis at CCCP/Subpress Collective selected poems from my 6 poetry books to date to create this chapbook. If you don’t know my work, here’s a nice, quick introduction. If you do, it’s more like random snapshots of the past 4 decades. Bonus? A Spanish translation by Oaxacan poet Efraín Velasco. Chicatanas nicely foreshadows a planned New and Selected for 2028.
