Join us at Palenquero Don Agave (https://mezcaldonagave.com/), just off the highway in Teotitlan del Valle, for Guelaguetza! This family owned and operated business hosts its own Guelaguetza performance, now in it´s second year, on their beautiful property. We'll head out from the OLL at 2:45 in the afternoon, giving us time to have lunch (comida) at the palenquero and, if you are new to the Mezcal process, we can also take the time to show you their varieties of agave, beautiful massive pit ovens and breathe in the delicious smell of fermentation, as the family manages the whole process onsite. The dancing begins at 4:30 PM, and be ready to catch a pineapple!!

Additional Costs:

The cost of lunch is at your discretion, and the cost of the Guelaguetza is $700 pesos per person, which will be collected by the chaperone upon checking you onto the bus. They have Mezcal available for purchase on site as well, and credit cards for purchases are accepted.
