The Oaxaca Lending Library will once again sponsor a picnic to celebrate Canada Day (1 July) and the U.S. Independence Day (4 July).

Tony & Rebecca Raab will host the festive gathering at Casa Raab, their lovely country estate in San Pablo Etla. 

The picnic dinner will feature grilled hamburgers and bratwurst (grilled portobello mushroom burgers as a vegan option), accompanied by potato salad, cole slaw and baked beans. Ice cream sundaes will round out the meal. Beverage choices will include free water, lemonade and iced tea. Beer and wine will also be available at a cash bar. 

The number of participants will be limited to 80 people.

Reservations ware required and cost 200 pesos. On checkout, please indicate your meal preference as Meat or Vegan

A shuttle service will be available to take participants to San Pablo and back. The shuttle will leave from the parking lot across from the south end of Llano Park at 1:15 and return to Oaxaca at 4:45. Cost for the shuttle will be an additional 200 pesos.
