Tour Description: Enjoy the Magic Village of Mitla Illuminada, a beautiful spectacle of colored lights, great illuminated tourist attractions, skating rink, cultural events, gastronomy, music and more. There is a trolley on the main street, or simply stroll from display to display. Live music, vendors, and families enjoying the spectacle are found along the main streets of the village. We’ll start with a visit to Bia Be Guug weaving studio of master backstrap weaver and dyer Senor Arturo Hernandez located on the outskirts of Mitla. We will enjoy a buffet comida at La Choza Chef and then proceed to the village holiday lights extravaganza.

Not included: Cost of lunch. Expect to pay about 200-250 pesos for food and beverage.

Additional Costs:  Admission fee of 30 pesos for the Lights Festival. There will be many items available for purchase from Señor Hernandez, and in the town of Mitla. Please bring cash for these purchases.

This tour will depart on time at 2:00 pm  from Calle Los Libres behind the Grand Fiesta Americana Hotel. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before departure time. Unclaimed seats may be re-sold at boarding time.

If this tour is sold out, you can take a chance that seats may be available and come to the boarding spot 15 minutes before departure. These seats must be paid for in cash.
